Lake Cunningham also referred to as the “C” is located in Omaha, NE

This 390-acre lake is surrounded by a 1050 acre park and was constructed by the US Army Corps of Engineers for flood control and recreation. Activities include disc golf, camping, boating (no wake), hiking, bicycling, picnicking, kayaking, and horseback riding.

The original campground built in 1977 is now known as West C, it consists of 41 concrete RV pads with fire rings, 20/30/50 amp electrical and no water or sewer hookups. There is also an upgraded bath house.

The new addition of East C opened in 2022 consists of 42 additional pads and includes fire rings, 20/30/50amp service as well as water and dump connections at each site, and a new bathhouse.

There is also a freshwater fill station and a dump station when you enter the campground entrance.

At the time of this review, rates were $35 a night of $245 per week at West C and $45 a night or $315 per week at East C

Minimum weekend stay 2 nights, maximum stay 14 days.

We’ve stayed at this campground 3 times both with electric only and with full hook ups, grounds are well maintained, restrooms are clean, (showers are $1 for 15 minutes, bring quarters) concrete pads are wide and mostly level, and there is good distance from your neighbors on the back in sites, the pull through sites are a little closer together but there is still ample room. Not only do the park hosts patrol regularly, there is also security that patrols the campground, park and 6 mile trail regularly as well.

No WiFi but we got a decent signal on our TMobile home internet.
